3Strong is what is called a “comprehensive exercise” fitness gym. We do not operate under the theory that one size fits all. The truth is that everyone’s body and genetics are different. Every person’s mobility, flexibility, strength, and coordination varies. This is why we take a custom approach for each and every fitness training client. We have over 10 years experience and utilize different elements of crossfit training, body weight exercises, kettle bell training, interval training, circuit training, high intensity interval training, and calisthenic training. We also use some elements of yoga during our warm up and cool downs. Our classes are a mix between a fitness boot camp and crossfit.
